That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses:
- in the USA by USPS
- in Europe by GLS or another seller’s local shipping method
- in China by ePacket or EMS
Shipping to over 200 Countries
We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
Customs
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
Shipping Time
As you may have noticed, our products come from different warehouses across three continents. If there is a short delivery time, it means we despatch the product from our warehouse near your location. Nevertheless, if the product isn’t available close to your delivery address, we ship it from another warehouse. Therefore, the delivery time might be longer.

Tracking Information
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped and you may track your parcel on our Order Tracking page. But sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
